ratatouilleonesheet.jpg“He’s dying to become a chef”… that is one catchy line for the new Disney Animation Ratatouille they added on the one sheet. The movie will be out June 29 and looks like fun. The trailer was already very promising and with a killer poster like this they can’t go wrong.

PixarDisneyCars.jpgPIXAR did it again, another successful opening weekend. Surprised? Didn’t think you would be. CARS raced to the first place taking a whooping $62.8 million. This is 7th time in a row that PIXAR came up with a winner and looking at the next project, Ratatouille, it will not be to last one.

For those fans who like the numbers and want to compare them with the other animation studios check out; Cars – Box Office Analysis. You’ll find PIXAR 6 times in the top 10 of the Digitally Animated Movies list, now it is up to CARS to make it 7…

The Next Disney/Pixar movie to appear on the big screen will be Ratatouille. Apple.com has the High Definition trailer online. There are also regular trailers (in case of slow connection) and an Ipod version online.

The story of a rat that likes the good life and good food, putting his life on the line to find the food he wants. The story is set in the romantic city of Paris (I wonder if he will visit Disneyland Resort Paris while he is on his quest).

This early trailer looks like fun. With Cars just premiering we already get a “taste” of their next project. Get it “taste”… oh well, enjoy the trailer

Next PIXAR; ‘Ratatouille’

Incredibles...If you go over to the Hollywoodreporter.com you can find an article about the next PIXAR animation ‘Ratatouille’ that was presented as the new project during the Walt Disney Company Annual Shareholders Meeting. Brad Bird will direct the new computer animated movie about a “skinny rodent who fancies himself a gourmand and lives in a Parisian restaurant”. The movie is developed by the Oscar winning director Jan Pinkaya. There is also some information on the sequel of the ‘Incredibles’ and ‘Rapunzel’

Bird was said to be developing a sequel to his 2004 Oscar-winning film “The Incredibles.” Execs also confirmed at the meeting that Glen Keane’s directorial debut, “Rapunzel,” remains in the early stages of production utilizing a combination of 2-D and 3-D processes.

‘Ratatouille’ sounds like a fun item while I am very exited about the sequel of the ‘Incredibles’ movie as it is one of my favorites.
