Early Planning starts NOW!
It might sound like it is still far away, but in less then 12 months we will be at Walt Disney World again. As there are many Disney fans visiting here I don’t have to explain how I am looking forwards too it. After, with a little envy, following Andrea’s adventures here on the blog (thank you for sharing your magic) I can now really start to plan and to look forwards to our next trip…
September will be a great month as the 11 month window for some of my Disney Vacation Club rooms are closing by. I’ll be able to book the last two weeks of August, but will have to wait for the 7 month window to book the planned Vero Beach visit. Also the flight tickets can be booked at the end of September.
Once this is done I can start looking into the three non-Disney days we will be in Orlando (Miami, they Keys, other? Don’t know yet. Any good ideas from the locals? Let me know) and pick a date to go and swim with the Dolphins (something I promised my son and he has been talking about it ever since)
The only 2 scary things; The crowds in august (although WDW is the last two weeks) and possible storms or hurricanes like the “Fay” storm that is there now. I don’t mind the storm that much, I was there when “Wilma” was hitting, I would hate it if a storm would be brewing when flying there. (loosing time because the plains can’t fly into Orlando)
Still a little less then 1 year to go but I’ll be informing all you Disney fans here on our trip planning together with all your regular Disney stuff you’re used to see here. I have been away from the blog most of the week, have a couple of busy weeks ahead of me, but make sure to visit a lot as I do promise some more updates soon. (or if you feel up to it send us one of your Disney stories, if interesting we will publish it here). Thanks again to Andrea for his trip reports; but I’m next ![]()
