Disneyland Resort Paris New Years Trip: Highlights Day 5 (The Final Day)
The final day at Disneyland Resort Paris, but I’ll be back and Walt Disney World trip is planned (and booked), so no reason to be sad. It was also another full day at the park so there was no reason at all to start the day sad… Here some of the highlights of the day…
Guess what we did today. Rock ‘n’ Roller coaster. My son is hooked on Roller coasters… Me happy
Me very happy
We went to see Mickey’s Winter Wonderland show. Although I love the Tarzan show that takes place in the same theater during the summer time, this show is sweet and fun. You get your famous Disney characters dancing and singing while they skate. I am not an Ice Skating fan, but watching Mickey and his friends is always great, even on the ice.
We went for lunch in Auberge de Cendrillon. The started buffet is OK, so is the dessert buffet, but it isn’t special. The main course was good though. I would return there but in no way does it beat any of the other restaurants since they turned it to the buffet style.
Two things made me especially happy today; Multiple rides on Phantom Manor, my favorite attraction and the fact that the Dragon got his wings back during the Fantillusion Parade. We watched the parade from Mainstreet for a change. Not something I normally do as you only get 2 stops instead of three. But as it was late and we had a long way to go before we got to be home I was happy to see the Dragon pop up and then make our way out of the park, missing out on the princesses stop.
That’s it, that was our New Years trip… It’s over… well not completely…
