A minor company with no obvious substance wants to take over a major media outlet? If this were April 1, I would know exactly what's going on here. And I just checked my calendar to make sure it isn't! It simply doesn't make any sense, and the fact they postponed their so-called press conference today (because their lead legal counsel was ill!!) seems to underline how paper-thin this is.
